About The Daily Side Quest

The Daily Side Quest is a short, fast guide to new game releases on PC, consoles and mobile, plus free games, patches and updates. Each entry is a synopsis, a release date, the platforms, a store link and the official trailer. There are no articles and no reviews.

Why indie games matter here

Big releases get attention without our help. The Daily Side Quest gives indie games the same space as everything else, with an indie section on the home page, and lets indie developers submit a game for a free listing.

Where the data comes from

• Steam (the official Web API and store pages) for new and updated games, patch notes, images and trailers.
• The Epic Games Store for its free-game promotions.
• GamerPower.com for free games and giveaways.
• Trailers are the publishers' own, played through the official YouTube or Steam players.

Synopses are short paraphrases or the official short description, and each page credits its source. We are not affiliated with Valve, Epic Games, GamerPower or YouTube. Trademarks and game artwork belong to their respective owners.
